About Misty O'Brien

Hi, welcome to my profile! I was incredibly fortunate to be born and raised right here in beautiful Central Oregon. Growing up in a blue-collar, construction-based lifestyle shaped my strong work ethic and appreciation for quality craftsmanship from an early age.

One of my first jobs was building windows for homes and commercial buildings, where I learned to use a tape measure, nail guns, screwdrivers, table saws, and chop saws—skills that gave me a hands-on understanding of how homes are truly built.

Fast forward a few years (and a lot of Pinterest inspiration later), my passion for homes grew even deeper when we purchased our first flip. I had the opportunity to redesign and transform it into a warm, cozy space—an experience that truly ignited my love for real estate.

Inspired by HGTV and the Magnolia Network, I discovered that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s about relationships, dreams, and helping people find their first home or their forever home. Guiding clients through that journey—and helping them achieve the American dream of homeownership—is what I’m truly passionate about.


When I’m not working as a real estate agent, you can often find me behind the chair creating a little magic at the salon. I’ve been doing hair and nails for over 15 years, and I love helping people feel confident and beautiful.    Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our dog, Scout. We love soaking up everything Central Oregon has to offer—hiking, fishing, days at the lake, snowshoeing, snowboarding, chasing sunsets, gathering around bonfires, and making memories with friends and family.
